If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will happily assist you with a return or exchange after reviewing the issue.

Change of Mind:
Returns for change of mind or minor issues are generally not accepted. However, we always try to support our customers in genuine cases.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping charges will be covered by the customer.

Refund or Exchange:
Refunds are usually processed in cash (for COD orders). If you prefer, you may also choose to exchange the product for another item.
